Brief description of the survey: Deploy a MBBS plus MD (Microbiology) from a recognized institute as National Laboratory Coordinator. The coordinator is having adequate experience of working in public health systems, implementation of laboratory quality systems, assessing and organizing training programmes and proven quality for planning and undertaking research which is needed for implementation of the project.
