Brief description of the study: The objectives of the verification of 15040 beneficiaries financed under the term loan & micro-finance schemes of NMDFC in 11 states/UTs of the country are to evaluate the impact of NMDFC schemes, difficulties faced by the beneficiaries in obtaining the loan/assistance and time taken in obtaining the loan, suggestions for improving the schemes and its implementation at field level, and suggest alternate and effective channels to reach the beneficiaries.
